What sets your cleaning services apart from others in the industry?

The Key Differentiator between us and other companies is our 'gunk removal' process. This agitation step grabs the hair, dander, allergens, food particles, grime, dust, etc... that your vacuum and steam cleaning alone miss. All the above gets compiled into chunks that we call 'gunk'! Without this agitation step you'd be left with a portion of this gunk in your carpet. Check out this video of us steam cleaning the same carpet without agitation and then with agitation right after and SEE THE DIFFERENCE yourself.

If that doesn't sway ya, we also have a couple one-of-a-kind guarantees you won't find anywhere else.

Gunk Removal Guarantee: If we can’t extract a handful of gunk, your cleaning is FREE. It’s that simple. "Make Ya Holla" Satisfaction Guarantee: You’ll be shouting praises after our service, or we’ll refund your money.

Being owner operators, we have a level of pride and unwavering commitment to excellence we hold ourselves to. We combine years of experience with top of the line industry equipment, family-friendly cleaning practices, tailored solutions, and 24/7 availability to ensure that we meet and exceed your expectations. We prioritize your satisfaction, safety, and the well-being of your environment, making us the preferred choice for cleaning in all of the {{location.city}} area.

How long will my carpet take to dry?

With our top of the line industry equipment, you can expect dry times ranging between 2-8 hrs. This is dependent upon the type of your carpet, humidity, and temperature in your home.

How much does it cost?

You can check out our pricing here.

Can I walk on my carpet after it dries?

Yes! It actually doesn’t hurt the carpet to walk on it afterwards. We even leave behind a couple pairs of booties so you don’t have to worry about your socks or feet getting wet!

Do keep in mind however, that the more you walk on it the more likely it is to dry slower.

For dogs we recommend waiting a bit for your carpet to dry some before allowing your furry friends on them. This is to mitigate the chance that your dog rolls around and creates a wet dog smell.

Do I have to move furniture?

It is not required to move your furniture for us to clean. Around 90% of our customers end up leaving their heavier furnishings such as their beds, bed frames, dressers, tv stands, large sectionals, etc… Those items have probably been there since you moved in and don’t tend to be dirty underneath anyway. If you do wish to move your furnishings prior to us arriving, that’s perfectly fine with us. Either way works!

How far out do you book?

You can check out our calendar using our booking link.

Do I have to be home?

As long as somebody is there at the beginning to show us the rooms and any specific accidents or stained areas you're worried about we'll be all good. After that you can head back to work or run errands if you're comfortable with us locking the place up afterwards.

Do you come in person to see the carpet before the service?

Typically, no. Unless your specific situation calls for it - our over the phone questions allow us to avoid this and save you the hassle of scheduling yet one more thing.

How do you know what size my rooms are?

We use our standard room measurements that we've compiled through our history of homes we've visited. Living rooms: up to 15x15; Bedrooms: up to 13x13; Dining rooms: up to 13x13; Hallways up to 80 Sq Ft.

Are the 'chemicals' safe for my kids and pets?

Absolutely! We use family friendly cleaning agents that are safe for you furry friends and loved ones.

Can you get pet accidents out?

We certainly can! It's actually one of our specialties! We use a pet friendly treatment that decontaminates the area and combats the enzymes within any urine, feces or vomit.

Do you GUARANTEE the removal of stains/accidents?

Although we cannot guarantee the removal of ALL spots; there are a variety of different spotters we use to assist us in removing as many spots as possible. That being said, we do have great luck getting out a large portion of spots.

Please Note: A stain is permanent while a spot can be removed.

If an accident happens please refrain from using box store products. These products are made with very harsh chemicals and can often set the spot into a stain permanently. There are also products that are known bleach and distort carpet fibers. This "short-term gain" of covering up the spot by using poor products can end up disappointing you in the long term.

We hand out free spotters at the end of each job that are safe to use on any accidents that come up in between professional cleanings.

How long will it take you to clean my carpet?

This all depends on how many areas we're cleaning in your home. It can be anywhere between 1-4 hrs depending upon the number of areas and accidents/spots there are.

Should I vacuum before you clean?

Vacuuming prior to our arrival is highly recommended. Especially in cases where there are toys, paper, plastic or other larger pieces of garbage lying around. This just helps the process go a bit smoother.

Why does price vary from one carpet cleaning company to another?

This is because of the many different methods companies use to clean carpet. If you'd like to check out our entire process click here.

Make sure you're comparing apples to apples when looking for the right carpet cleaning company for you. At {{location.name}} we use hot water extraction (HWE - also known as steam cleaning) the #1 recommended method by carpet manufacturers. This method comes so highly recommended that most manufacturers even require yearly steam cleaning to maintain your carpet warranty!

But here's the catch, we've found that even HWE alone won't extract everything. That's where our agitation step comes in. This step grabs the grime, hair, dust, allergens, etc... that sit at the bottom of your carpet fibers and compiles it into what we call "gunk". Without this agitation step you'd be left with some of the mentioned gunk still within your carpet!! Don't believe us, check out this video where we test the two in real time in front of you.

There's another method of cleaning which is very low moisture (VLM). This method often uses a machine that has a pad underneath and a nozzle that sprays out chemicals in front of the machine for the machine to rub into the carpet. Some of the top dirt is collected but most is pushed further down into the carpet giving you the perception of clean upfront.

Now I'm not sure about you, but we don't spray detergent on our clothes and then hang them up as "clean" for the next day at our house. At the end of the day there is a method for everybody. Hopefully we've provided you with enough information to make the best informed decision for your home and family.

How do I know I'll get the results I'm looking for?

Between our superior cleaning method, 75+ 5-star reviews, and video testimonials hopefully you were able to begin to trust our company.

If your walls are still up a bit or we seem "too good to be true" we offer 2 guarantees you won't find with any other company!

  1. Gunk Removal Guarantee: If we are unable to extract at least a small handful of carpet gunk (hair, grime, dust, dander, allergens, food particles, etc...) then the entire cleaning is on us.

  2. Make Ya Holler Guarantee: If you aren't singing our praises after the service is completed, then talk with us and we'll make it right or refund your money.

Do you shampoo or steam clean the carpet?

Technically neither. Carpet shampooing is an school method and a bit outdated. Some people use it interchangeably when talking about hot water extraction (HWE), but from a technicality stand point, it's not. This goes for steam cleaning as well. While our machines certainly have the capability to produce steam, unless your specific situation calls for it (gum or slime in the carpet) we stick with slightly cooler water temperatures. We use HWE (commonly referred to as steam cleaning) with 180-200 degrees Fahrenheit water.

Our industry leading machines heat up the water and pump it to our wands which then spray your carpet with warm water and extract the gunk along with the water.

We also use an agitation step that grabs the gunk from the deepest depths of the carpets fibers ensuring that as much gunk as possible is removed. HWE carpet alone won't get you to the level of clean that the added agitation step we use prior to HWE will get you. This is why it's important to check out the entire process your carpet cleaner uses. To read more on our process click here.
